1. Terms and Definitions

The following General Terms of Service apply to all business dealings between you as customer and ourselves, Bleed Records, which are initiated and concluded via our e-commerce site (online store). That version of our General Terms of Service which is valid at the time of ordering shall be decisive. Any deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Bleed Records has explicitly agreed to their validity.

Bleed Records reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the BLEED Records website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

By signing up for the Bleed Records services you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return Policy before you may become a BLEED Records user.

2. Account Terms

2.1. To access and use the Services, you must register for a BLEED Records account (“Account”) by providing your First and Last Name, shipping address, phone number, a valid Email address, and any other information indicated as required. Bleed Records may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
2.2. You acknowledge that BLEED Records will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
2.3. You must secure access to your account using the username and password. In particular you must keep the password strictly confidential. BLEED Records may assume that all actions undertaken from your account after logging in with your username and password is authorized and supervised by you. This means you are liable for these actions, unless and until you have notified BLEED Records that someone else knows your password.
2.4. BLEED Records processes your personal data. You give your consent for all kind of processing within the scope of the service. Read BLEED Records Privacy Statement for more information.

3. Availability and maintenance

3.1. BLEED Records uses its best efforts to have the online store available at all times but makes no guarantees about uninterrupted availability.
3.2. BLEED Records actively maintains the website https://www.bleed-records.net. Maintenance can take place at any time, even if this may negatively impact the availability of the service. If you faces any kind of issues during surfing and ordering, feel free to visit the site a bit soon or contact us.

4. Limitation of liability

4.2. In case of force majeure BLEED Records is never required to compensate damages that you suffered. Force majeure includes among others disruptions or unavailability of the internet, telecommunication infrastructure, power interruptions, riots, traffic jams, strikes, company disruptions, interruptions in supply, fires and floods.

5. Term and termination

5.1. This agreement enters into force as soon as you first use the service and then remains in force until terminated.
5.2. If you entered into this agreement as a consumer, you may terminate the agreement at any time by removing your personal data. See Privacy Policy for more details.
5.3. BLEED Records is entitled to terminate the agreement if you have not used the service at all in the last 18 months.

6. Purchase agreement

6.1. The goods and services offered on our website do not represent the conclusion of an agreement, but are solely an invitation to place an order.
6.2. By placing an order, you submit to us an offer to complete a purchase or service agreement. Should goods be supplied, then an agreement materializes at the time of dispatching the ordered goods to you. Confirmation of the receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your offer. It merely serves to inform you that your order has been received.


7. Shipping costs

7.1. You have the choice between STANDARD and REGISTERED shippings.
7.2. We cannot be responsible for the loss of your package if you don't ask for REGISTERED option. See more details on Shipping.

8. How to order?

8.1. Create an account to order products online.
8.2. The registration is FREE and takes a few minutes.

9. How to pay?

12. Miscellaneous provisions

12.1. French law applies to this agreement.
12.2. Except to the extent determined otherwise by mandatory applicable law all disputes arising in connection with BLEED Records shall be brought before the competent French court for the principal place of business of BLEED Records.
12.3. For any clause in these terms and conditions that demand that a statement must be done “in writing” to be legally valid, a statement by e-mail or communication through the BLEED Records service shall be sufficient provided with sufficient certainty the authenticity of the sender can be established and the integrity of the statement has not been compromised.
12.4. The version of any communication or information as recorded by BLEED Records shall be deemed to be authentic, unless you supply proof to the contrary.
12.5. In case any part of these terms and conditions are declared legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the whole of the agreement. The parties shall in such an event agree on one or more replacement provisions that approximate the original intent of the invalid provision(s) within the limits of the law.
12.6. BLEED Records is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party as part of an acquisition of BLEED Records or the associated business activities.
